Acceptable Use Policy
The conduct rules that keep the platform safe and lawful for everyone.
This policy keeps Cleaning Genius AI safe, lawful and useful for every member. It forms part of the Membership Terms and Conditions.
You must not use the platform for
- Illegal activity of any kind.
- Fraud or deception.
- Fabricated tender evidence.
- False accreditations.
- Fake testimonials or reviews.
- Unsafe cleaning instructions or methods.
- Harmful, harassing or discriminatory content.
- Attempts to access another member's data.
- Malware, automated attacks or interference with the platform.
- Copyright infringement.
- Misrepresenting AI-generated work as independently certified professional advice.
Account use
- One login per authorised member; sharing credentials is prohibited.
- Use a secure password and keep it confidential.
- Tell support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Suspicious concurrent use may trigger a security review.
Safety and honesty
Cleaning work carries real risk. Do not use platform output to justify unsafe practice, and never present a generated risk assessment, method statement or accreditation claim as verified professional certification.
Enforcement
Where we reasonably suspect a breach we may investigate, ask for an explanation, restrict features, suspend access or, for serious or repeated breaches, terminate membership. Where reasonable we will give notice and an opportunity to put things right. Immediate suspension may be used where users, data or platform security are at risk.
