By using the website or the platform you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Using the website and platform
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your business.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity on your account.
- Accounts are for one business. Sharing access outside your business is not permitted.
- The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
Purchases and membership
- Cleaning Genius AI is a membership only product. Genie Membership is £57 per month, billed monthly until cancelled.
- There are no one-off purchases and no lifetime licences.
- Membership Terms and Conditions apply in full to membership access; the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy set out your rights to cancel and be refunded.
AI assistance and professional advice
Cleaning Genius AI provides AI-assisted business information, drafting and guidance. It does not replace professional advice.
It is not a substitute for legal advice, employment-law advice, health and safety consultancy, financial or tax advice, insurance advice, formal accreditation assessment, or qualified biohazard or technical training.
AI-generated information may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review outputs before relying on, submitting or implementing them.
- You remain responsible for verifying facts.
- You remain responsible for checking current legislation.
- You remain responsible for reviewing calculations.
- You remain responsible for ensuring documents suit the specific site and circumstances.
- You remain responsible for obtaining specialist advice where appropriate.
- You remain responsible for all final commercial and operational decisions.
No guarantees of outcome
We do not guarantee contracts, tender wins, revenue, profitability or legal compliance. The platform is a tool to support your judgement, not a promise of results.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but may carry out maintenance, add, change or withdraw features, and update these terms. Where changes are material we will give reasonable notice.
Liability
We do not exclude liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contracts, loss of anticipated savings, business interruption or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or from decisions you take based on AI-generated output.
Intellectual property
All platform content, knowledge, systems, branding and design belong to us and are protected. The Intellectual Property and Content Protection Policy explains what you may and may not do with them.
