Membership Terms and Conditions

• Access is for one named business account unless a separate team licence has been purchased.
• Access begins after successful payment.
• Cleaning Genius AI is offered either as a one-off lifetime licence or as a monthly Genie Membership. The option you choose is confirmed at checkout.
• Lifetime Licence: £497 as a one-off payment, or £397 during the Founder's Launch. There are no further payments and nothing to cancel.
• Genie Membership renews monthly until you cancel it.
• The current Genie Membership price is shown clearly before purchase: £67 per month, billed monthly until cancelled.
• Genie Membership can be cancelled through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Cancellation stops future payments.
• Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Access to Genie and all member-only platform features ends when the paid membership period ends.

• Cancelling does not delete your account immediately.
• You should download any documents you wish to retain before access ends.
• We may retain records where legally required or necessary for legitimate business purposes.
• You may request deletion of eligible personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Before purchase you must confirm that you have read and agree to these Membership Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. Checkout cannot be completed without this confirmation.

We record the date, time and version of the documents you accept.

We will not terminate a membership without a fair review unless urgent action is needed to protect the platform, its users or their data.

• Each login is for the authorised member only.
• You must use a secure password and keep it confidential.
• Sharing login details is prohibited.
• Suspicious concurrent use may trigger a security review.
• Access may be suspended where account sharing, copying, abuse or attempted unauthorised access is reasonably suspected.
• You must notify support promptly if your account is compromised.

We do not guarantee contracts, tender wins, revenue, profitability or legal compliance. The platform is a tool to support your judgement, not a promise of results.

All platform materials remain the intellectual property of Cleaning Genius AI and/or its owner. Your membership grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the platform for your own cleaning business while your membership is active.

You own the business information you upload. You grant Cleaning Genius AI permission to process it solely to provide and improve the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms and sets out prohibited conduct in full.

• The platform may be updated, improved or changed over time as features develop.
• We will not remove the core paid service without notice.
• Material changes affecting members will be communicated clearly.
• Price changes will not apply retrospectively to a billing period already paid.
• You will receive reasonable notice before any future price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

We may suspend or terminate membership for the reasons listed above. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the breach. Immediate suspension may be used where necessary to protect users, data, intellectual property or platform security.
