Intellectual Property and Content Protection Policy
What belongs to Cleaning Genius AI, what belongs to you, and how you may use it.
Cleaning Genius AI is built on original knowledge, systems and design. This policy explains what is protected, what you may do with it, and what you may not.
What belongs to Cleaning Genius AI
All platform materials remain the intellectual property of Cleaning Genius AI and/or its owner, including:
- Genie's instructions and system design
- Knowledge files
- Playbooks
- Frameworks
- The Bid or Bin methodology
- Tender structures
- Pricing systems
- Prompts
- Templates
- Branding
- Images
- Videos
- Training materials
- Platform design
- Written content
- Databases and organised collections of information
Your licence to use the platform
While your membership is active you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the platform for your own cleaning business.
That licence ends when your paid membership period ends.
What members must not do
- Copy or reproduce substantial parts of the platform.
- Share login details.
- Resell access.
- Publish member-only materials.
- Upload the knowledge base into another AI system.
- Reverse engineer or recreate Genie.
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-download content.
- Use the platform to train a competing AI product.
- Remove branding or copyright notices.
- Distribute templates or playbooks to non-members.
- Create derivative products substantially based on protected platform content.
- Use screenshots, recordings or demonstrations to reveal protected member-only content without written permission.
Documents you create for your own business
You may freely use, adapt, send and keep documents genuinely created for your own cleaning business — your proposals, quotes, policies, RAMS, tender drafts and client communications.
That permission covers using those documents in your business. It does not permit distributing our underlying templates, playbooks, frameworks or knowledge content to non-members.
Your business information
You own the business information you upload. You grant Cleaning Genius AI permission to process it solely to provide and improve the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Reporting misuse
If you believe protected content is being copied or misused, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS]. Breaches of this policy may result in suspension, termination and legal action.
