• Sign-in session storage: your secure login token is held in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. Without it you cannot use the platform.
• A small interface cookie that remembers whether the side navigation is expanded or collapsed.
• Browser local storage for your own preferences and progress, such as your first name during onboarding and your progress in the Knowledge Centre.
• Payment provider cookies set by Stripe, but only on the secure checkout pages, and only to process your payment safely and prevent fraud.

• No analytics or statistics tools (no Google Analytics or equivalent).
• No advertising or remarketing cookies.
• No social media pixels, including no Meta/Facebook Pixel.
• No profiling or cross-site tracking of any kind.
• No third-party fonts or scripts loaded from other companies' servers. Our fonts are served from our own platform.

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is needed for cookies and storage that are not strictly necessary for a service you have requested. Everything we set is either essential to signing you in and keeping the platform secure, or a preference you have chosen yourself. Because we run no analytics, advertising or tracking, there is nothing to ask your consent for.

If we ever introduce non-essential cookies or tracking, we will publish an updated policy and ask for your consent before setting them.

You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage at any time through your browser settings. Please note that clearing this data will sign you out, and strictly necessary storage is required for the platform to function.
